Chima Anyaso Rallies Support for Gov Otti’s Second Term, Launches ‘Otti Again 2027’ Movement

A prominent political figure and philanthropist, Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, has called on residents of Abia State to support the re-election of Governor Alex Otti, as momentum builds toward the 2027 gubernatorial race.

Anyaso, who is the Founder and Sole Sponsor of the Otti Again 2027 Movement, made the appeal in a public statement, where he praised the governor’s leadership and described the current administration as a departure from conventional politics.

According to him, Abia State is experiencing purposeful governance marked by transparency, infrastructural renewal, and a renewed sense of public confidence. He noted that within a relatively short period, the Otti-led administration has demonstrated commitment to accountability and economic revitalization.

“What we are witnessing today is not politics as usual, but deliberate governance and visible transformation,” he stated, emphasizing that the progress recorded so far should be sustained through continuity in leadership.

The movement, he explained, was established to protect and consolidate the gains achieved under the present administration. He stressed that it represents a collective commitment to ensuring long-term development and stability in the state.

Anyaso further urged Abians both at home and in the diaspora to rise above political divisions and unite behind what he described as a proven and working vision for the state.

He warned against any reversal of progress, insisting that the achievements recorded under Governor Otti provide a strong basis for seeking a second term.

Reaffirming the group’s stance, Anyaso declared that Abia is on a path of steady growth and called for sustained support to secure a better future for the state.
