A former spokesman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo world wide Chuks Ibegbu has commended South East stakeholders for voting majorly for Anioma state in their recent Roundtable.
Ibegbu stated this on the heels of the Nation wide crusade for the creation of Anioma state.
Ibegbu noted that Anioma state will give social, economic, political and maritime advantage to South East.
He advised few people kicking against joining Anioma state to South East to think twice as the state creation exercise is majorly to correct the structural marginalization of the south East and grant it a parity state
Ibegbu lauded the Senator representing Delta North Senatorial zone Senator Ned Munir Nwoko for his efforts and sacrifices for the creation of Anioma state.
Ibegbu advised the former Governor of Delta state Ifeanyi Okowa, some members of House of Representatives and state Houses of Assembly members from Delta North, The Delta state Deputy Governor and chairman of Delta North local government areas to lead the crusade and support Senator Nwoko rather than being clog in the wheel
He called on the National Assembly, state Houses of Assembly in the 36 state,the Presidency and all stakeholders in Nigeria to support the creation of Anioma State.
