A Nigerian man was reportedly left stunned after discovering that a person he allegedly brought home from a nightclub, believing the individual was a woman, was actually a man disguised as a female.
According to reports circulating online, the incident which happened in Lagos began after the man met the crossdresser at a club and allegedly took the individual home with mutual consent, believing he was in the company of a woman.
However, the situation reportedly took a dramatic turn after he later discovered the true identity of the person.
Shocked by the discovery, the man was said to have immediately contacted the police, leading to both parties being taken to a police station for questioning.
During interrogation at the station, officers reportedly ordered the crossdresser to remove part of the outfit for proper identification, where it was allegedly confirmed that the individual was biologically male.
The crossdresser reportedly told the police that there was no criminal intention behind the act, claiming he only wanted to “put up a show” for the man who had taken him home believing he was a woman.
The incident has since sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many Nigerians expressing mixed opinions over the bizarre encounter.
