President Tinubu has made some directives following his visit to Benue State to condole with the people of Yelewata over killings of over 200 natives by Fulani terrorist.
The President who visited Benue on Wednesday was received by governor Hyacinth Alia and other stakeholders in the State.

Tinubu paid a visit to the hospital where the survivors of June 14th massacre were hospitalized.
Speaking during a townhal meeting in Markudi, Benue State, the President directed the State governor, Alia to provide land for ranching in a bid to curtail future massacre by the herdsmen.
Tinubu also asked governor Alia to work with the traditional rulers and political leaders in the state to bring lasting peace to the Benue people.
In a statement posted by the President Special Adviser on Media and Public Communication, Sunday Dare, the president also assured the governor that he is ready to assist to make sure Benue State enjoy peace.

– Committee of Elders established to include all former Governors. Including the Governor of Nasarawa State.
-Demands for Land for Ranching from the Governor.

– Charges Traditional Rulers to work with the government to achieve peace.
-To Governor Alia. Be ready for insults. That is the yoke of leadership. Get your lantern. Seek out those leaders to join you to find solutions.
