Road rehabilitation has officially commenced in parts of Bende Federal Constituency following the arrival of heavy equipment to the area, in what supporters are calling the “OFUJI’s Caterpillar Revolution.”
The intervention is being spearheaded by Dr. Chima Anyaso, a prominent philanthropist and 2027 House of Representatives hopeful for Bende Federal Constituency. Community members gathered on Tuesday as the caterpillar moved in to begin grading and rehabilitation work on key rural roads that have deteriorated over the years.

“While many make promises, OFUJI continues to deliver visible impact,” a community leader at the site said. “This road work will help our farmers get produce to market, our children get to school, and our sick get to hospital faster.”
