Nigerian TikTok influencers Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, and Yetunde Bukola Ayeni, known as Jarvis, have publicly accused one another of serious misconduct following their romantic breakup.
Peller alleges Jarvis laundered money via TikTok gifts, splitting proceeds 50/50 with accomplices, while Jarvis claims Peller nearly struck her in anger and threatened emotional harm over personal matters.
The dispute, unfolding on live streams in late October 2025, raises concerns about vulnerabilities in social media gifting systems and potential investigations by Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
In a video shared on social media, Peller said Jarvis involved in a money laundry, according to him, Jarvis always shared the proceeds she made from the Tiktok gifts to those that she laundered the money for.
“When Jarvis came to Lagos I thought she has more money than me not knowing she was into money lāundry. People were gifting her on tiktok to lāunder money then split the earnings 50/50 afterwards,” Peller said in a Tiktok Livestream.
Also, reacting to Peller’s accusations, Jarvis said Peller had tried to hit her. According to her, she saw Peller’s was about to hit her in anger, and she left the room for him.
