Tuesday, 2nd December 2025. On a day filled with celebration and inspiration, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyasọ graced the official book launch of renowned international football star, Uchenna Kanu, who hails from Uzuakoli in Bende Local Government Area of Abia State.
The event took place at one of Nigeria’s foremost University’s compound, MADHouse Unilag Lagoon Front, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Dr. Anyasọ, Ofuji Ndi Igbo, the steemed holder of the “Obi Bende” Chieftaincy title, an international business magnate and philanthropist, as well as a respected figure from Igbere in the Bende Local Government Area of Abia State, was among the esteemed guests invited to this momentous occasion.

In an emotional speech, Dr. Anyasọ expressed his pride in Kanu’s achievements and the significance of sharing stories that inspire future generations.
