Executives of Echezona Street Vanguard for Governor Alex Otti Visit Schools, Distribute Exercise Books to Pupils

As part of ongoing efforts to support education in Abia State and in line with the vision of Governor Dr. Alex Chioma Otti to improve learning outcomes, the Executive of the Echezona Street Vanguard for Dr. Alex Chioma Otti embarked on a school visitation and exercise book distribution outreach across several schools.

During the visits, members of the outreach team sensitised pupils on the developmental strides of Governor Alex Otti’s administration, particularly in the education sector. They also enlightened the students on the history and objectives of the Echezona Street Vanguard.

The outreach highlighted that Rev. Dr. Christian Uche Anokwuru is the Founder of the Echezona Street Vanguard, while Hon. Chief Amaku Michael Chijioke serves as the Abia State Chairman of the organisation.

The schools visited include:

– Eziobu Primary School, Aba North
– Clifford Road Primary School, Aba South
– Osusu Primary School
– Community Primary School, Nenu, Obingwa
– St. James Model School, 44 Ukaegbu Road, Ogbor Hill, Aba
– Freedom Word International Academy, 11 Okpu Umobo Road, Aba
– Abayi Primary School, Osisioma
– Possible Height Academy, Ikonne
– Eziama Primary School

The outreach team was led by the State Assistant Secretary, Mrs. Favor Felix Okafor. Other members included Mrs. Sandra Ogechi John (Women Leader), Hon. Mrs. Agnes Urum Victor (Assistant Women Leader), Mrs. Ebere Mark (Women Leader, Aba Zone), Nweke Happiness Chisom (Assistant Women Leader, Aba Zone), and the Coordinator of Umuchichi Road, Umeh Andrew Ifeanyi. They were joined by other state and Aba zonal leaders of the organisation.

The initiative reflects the Echezona Street Vanguard’s commitment to complementing the Abia State Government’s educational development agenda by encouraging learning and supporting pupils with essential educational materials.
