A former Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) activist and ex liberal woman, Nancy Charles has showed off a dramatic transformation after finding God and becoming Christian.

Nancy Charles, 35, found God in 2023 after “falling into the LGBTQ lifestyle” and going through personal struggles before stepping into a church during a Latin Mass in early 2023.

According to her brother, who she opened up to on his YouTube podcast, “The Rosary and Eucharistic Adoration played a huge role in her conversion” and she is now working full time to help others find God.

Speaking on her transformation in a post shared on X and if she will write a book to document her journey, Nancy said, “Converting is just the tip of the iceberg. That’s just when the work for me truly began. Takes many years of living the spiritual life and growing close to God before I think it would even be worth it to write a book. God is showing me so much about myself and I’m just enjoying growing in my faith for now. But perhaps if he calls me to do that in the future, I’d love to do so someday”

Giving hope to those who struggles and suffering in silence about LGBT, Nancy said the struggle is real and her’s was not an exception.

“Most of my struggles came from deep trauma, not politics. But certainly there is hope for anyone who makes it to the end of themselves and realizes their need for a savior. I was lucky because I had many people praying for me for many years.” Ms Charles said.

She added that while she was advocating for LGBT, she did all that because she hated herself and wanted to belong.

“I thought I was worthless and I hated myself. Just wanted to be accepted. Gods love healed that in me. Never knew my intrinsic value as a child of God. Lots of people don’t.” She added.
