Former Governor of Abia State and Senate Committee Chairman on South East Development Commission (SEDC)Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has felicitated with former Military President, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (rtd), on the occasion of his 84th birthday anniversary.
